San Marco is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, a few miles north of us. The neighborhood was formerly the independent city of South Jacksonville until it was annexed by Jacksonville in 1932. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with an integrated commercial sector known as San Marco Square.

 Just three miles south of us, 1928 Cuban Bistro, takes authentic Cuban recipes and infuse them with a contemporary flair.  The owner says "It's all about celebrating our roots while embracing the vibrant flavors of today."

A little over a mile from us, JCA is a place - "in the tradition of our heritage" - where all people come together throughout their lives, to enhance body, mind, and spirit, in an environment of fun, harmony and friendship. 

Just across the street from our property - San Jose Catholic School is dedicated to fostering Catholic identity and academic excellence through faith, love, and knowledge. This Catholic school has been serving the San Marco, San Jose, Southside, and Mandarin communities of Jacksonville, FL since 1961. 

Just a short walk from Concord Crossing - The Bolles School prepares students for college and life by inspiring excellence, courage, integrity and compassion in an academic community dedicated to nurturing mind, body, and soul. 

Samuel Wolfson HS for Advanced Studies and Leadership is a Duval Public School specializing in advanced academic courses.  We emphasize teaching cultural & responsible citizenship, in local and world affairs. Our academic programs are designed to improve college readiness
